When you called you asked me what the down payment was. When I told you that it was 5% down you said you knew that. Then you asked me what the down payment was again. I then told you that it was 5%. Then you asked for the exact number so I did the simple math in my mind and gave you the exact total. Then you asked me what the monthly payment was and I told you that I didn't know. At no time did I ever ask you for a contract or ask you to move forward with anything. As soon as I said I didn't know the monthly payment you asked if I was even a realtor if I didn't know what the monthly payment was, and I let you know that I didn't have that information available at the moment because I didn't know all of the terms of the seller financing or how much you would have to pay for home insurance and taxes, so I couldn't give you a total monthly payment, and no one could give you a monthly payment without all of the information. I only spoke with you for 1 minute and have never met you before in my life. I pride myself on taking care of my customers and being able to honestly answer any questions to the best of my ability but I will tell you if I don't know the answer. You were quite rude to me for answering honestly and I would definitely not ever work with you in the future.
